RentyJob is a listings platform that connects people looking for jobs, housing and local services with those who offer them. We act as a technology intermediary.

RentyJob is NOT an employer, landlord, real-estate agent or broker. We are not a party to any employment, lease or sale agreement between users. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, legality or availability of third-party listings.

The Service is currently offered as a free beta during a launch period. During the beta, features may change, be interrupted or removed without notice, and the Service is provided "as is" and "as available".

We may introduce paid plans or premium features in the future; we will notify you before any charge applies to your account.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to accept these Terms.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You may register with email, phone number or a Google account. We may verify your phone by SMS or your email by a verification link.

You retain ownership of the content you post (listings, text, photos, resumes, messages). By posting it, you grant RentyJob a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display and distribute that content to operate and promote the Service.

You represent that you hold the necessary rights to the content you upload and that it does not infringe third-party rights or the law.

We may review, moderate or remove content that breaches these Terms, without any obligation to monitor all content.

You may not: post false, fraudulent or misleading information; impersonate others; unlawfully discriminate in job or housing offers; post illegal, violent, sexual, defamatory or infringing content.

Whoever posts is solely responsible for ensuring their listings comply with applicable law (including labor and Fair Housing rules).

RentyJob does not perform background checks on employers, landlords or applicants unless expressly stated. Interactions and transactions between users are at their own risk; we recommend caution and independent verification.

The Service integrates third-party providers (e.g., Google for sign-in and maps, Mapbox for maps, Twilio for SMS). Use of those services may be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or content.

The Service, its brand, logos, software and design are owned by RentyJob or its licensors and protected by law. No rights are granted other than to use the Service under these Terms.

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RentyJob shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of data, revenue or opportunity, arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including interactions with other users.

You agree to hold RentyJob harmless from third-party claims arising from your content, your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. You may close your account at any time from settings.

We may update these Terms. We will post the current version with its date; if changes are material, we will try to notify you. Continued use after the update means acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules that may apply.
